4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit system. One credit allows you to download one processed image at full quality. Credits can be purchased individually or through subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Subscription plans provide a monthly allocation of credits that renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload to our service. You must not:

Upload any illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
Attempt to bypass any measures we use to restrict access to the service

6. Data Storage and Processing

We process images through AI models to remove backgrounds. For your privacy and security:

Uploaded and processed images are stored temporarily and deleted within 5 minutes after processing
We do not use your images to train our models without explicit consent
We implement security measures to protect your data during processing

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

The service itself, including all software, visual interfaces, graphics, and design, is owned by image.dev and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, image.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
